Just select the image, then click on 'Edit LaTeX display' in the IguanaTex tab of the ribbon, and the IguanaTex dialog will re-appear so you can edit the LaTeX code. IguanaTex will compile your code into LaTeX, generate an image from it and insert it into PowerPoint. Type any valid LaTeX code, and click on Generate.
